Terms & Conditions
I hereby agree that the Fairview Student International School shall not be responsible or liable for any untoward incidents, accidents or exigencies that may occur to myself at any time during the course of, or to and from this event. Fairview International School shall also not be responsible for or liable in any way for unavoidable changes to the schedule for this event that may occur due to factors beyond the control of the school.
For Participants Under 18
I hereby agree to my said child participating in this event and hereby agree that the Fairview International School shall not be responsible or liable for any untoward incidents, accidents or exigencies that may occur to my child at any time during the course of, or to and from this event. Fairview International School shall also not be responsible for or liable in any way for unavoidable changes to the schedule for this event that may occur due to factors beyond the control of the school.
For All Participants
I hereby agree that Fairview International School has all the rights to keep the uncollected T-shirts after the Race Kit Collection Day held between 15.09.2017-17.09.2017. Fairview International School should not be accountable for any missing or unavailable T-shirt after the Race Kit Collection Day.
